Thursdays 1:00pm to 4:00pm (last appointment

at least 24 hours in advance. The appointments can be scheduled at 218-927-7444,
Monday through Friday during regular business hours ONLY. A visitor
must appear on an offender’s visitor list, contact them if you are not
on their list. Visitors are subject to an ID check at check-in and maybe
searched at anytime during the visit.
With few exceptions, the jail does not accept anything dropped off for
offenders. The US Mail is the preferred route to send your loved one
money or property.
Telephone service
The jail does have a telephone system for making collect calls or calls
by calling card. Cards are available for purchase in $10 increments.
Outside calling cards do not work. Reliance Telephone is our service
provider, an account can be set up at the following number, 800-896-3201.
The jail does not accept incoming phone calls for offenders. There is
a messaging line for offenders at 218-927-2513. Use of this system requires
creating a pin account after arrival in the jail. We encourage using
the first 3 or 4 letters of the offender's last name. All telephone
calls are recorded.
