Jacobson Campground - 2 camper cabins for rent
The cabins are one room with a screened in porch. You need to bring your own mattresses, bedding, etc and chairs. There is a table and 4 sleeping bunks in each. An outside picnic table and fire grill complete the cabin. The cabins rent for $30.00 each for an evening and are available by reservation only.A cabin at Jacobson Campground

 Reservations must be received no later than 7 days in advance of your stay. After that, we are unable to reserve a spot for you and it is first come, first serve.

    Aitkin County has four campgrounds around the county. They are located in Aitkin, Palisade, Jacobson, and just south of McGrath. All of these campgrounds are located on rivers. Three are on the Mississippi River and one is on the Snake River. All of the campground facilities are open from May 1st to October 15th. Reservations are accepted, however, the site must be paid for before the reservation can be accepted.
    Because of the various insects and diseases that are around the United States, we are asking you not to bring in firewood to our campgrounds except from a certified firewood seller. Please help us protect our trees in the county, by not bringing insects into the county. Thanks. For information on firewood vendors in the area click here.One of our campgrounds

REMEMBER:    Please do not bring uncertified firewood into the County with you.  Only purchase firewood from a certified firewood reseller to use in Aitkin County campgrounds.  Thank you for your help in protecting our trees.
