C&TCs are checkups for children and teens age birth to 21 years. They are provided by your health plan at NO COST to those receiving Medical Assistance or Minnesota Care. Regular health exams keep kids healthy, provides tests for illnesses and disease, provide immunizations, and give parents information about the stages in their children’s lives.
